Delivery Cyclist - E Bike

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Delivery Cyclists to join our team in Basingstoke. This role is pivotal to Domino's success in providing exceptional catering and hospitality services throughout the area. Using an e-bike, you will ensure timely and safe delivery of food and beverages to our customers, maintaining the high standards of service we pride ourselves on.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver catering and hospitality orders promptly and efficiently using an e-bike.

Ensure all deliveries are handled with care, maintaining food quality and presentation.

Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies to ensure personal and public safety.

Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and customers to provide updates and resolve any delivery issues.

Maintain and care for the e-bike, reporting any maintenance or repair needs promptly.

Represent Domino's professionally and courteously to customers at all times.

Assist with packing and preparing orders when required.

Qualifications & Skills

Valid UK driving licence or equivalent identification (preferred, but not essential).

Experience riding an e-bike or bicycle in an urban environment.

Good knowledge of Basingstoke and surrounding areas.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner.

Physically fit and able to cycle for extended periods in varying weather conditions.

Basic literacy and numeracy skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
