Role Overview

The In Store Team Member plays a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service every time they visit. You’ll be the face of Topacio in-store, responsible for creating a welcoming environment, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment within the catering and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.

Prepare and serve food and beverages in line with company standards and hygiene regulations.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store, including dining and kitchen areas.

Operate till systems accurately, handling transactions efficiently and responsibly.

Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries and replenishing supplies.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational targets and promote a positive workplace atmosphere.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety and food hygiene standards.

Support promotional activities and provide feedback to management to improve customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or customer service is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A friendly, approachable, and positive attitude.

The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Basic numeracy skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
