Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Manager in overseeing daily operations to maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational targets and deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure a well-coordinated workforce.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability of necessary products.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of promotional activities and initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and assist with budgeting and cost control measures.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the Catering & Hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to hospitality environments.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as required.
  • Basic IT skills and familiarity with scheduling and POS systems are advantageous.
  • Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or related fields are desirable but not essential.
