Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team during your shift to deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage staff rotas, ensuring appropriate cover and compliance with labour regulations.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation, maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to minimise waste.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Support training and development of team members to enhance performance and skills.
- Report shift performance and any incidents to senior management.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the Catering & Hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and health & safety legislation.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
