New Domino`s is coming to Ardee, Co Louth, and we are looking to build a team before the new store opens.

Training will be provided for the right candidate in our existing stores - Swords, Co Dublin. Travel for training term is required and essential. Right candidate must have transportation available. 

The Role:

As a Manager in Training & Shift manager you’ll be preparing to take on a leadership role within one of our stores. You’ll learn how to manage operations, lead a team, and deliver exceptional customer service. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be supported to develop the skills needed to run a store confidently and effectively. You’ll be expected to lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure high standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and organise the team to deliver excellent service and operational standards
  • Hands on products preparation at a fast pace to a high standards required
  • Motivate your team to delight customers with quality, speed and friendliness
  • Support team members through coaching and training to meet the highest standards
  • Deliver 5-star operational excellence across all areas of the store
  • Monitor and drive performance against key targets
  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues confidently
  • Prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming store environment

About You:

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Experience in leading or managing people
  • Motivational and confident in coaching others
  • Able to work at pace and adapt to changing demands
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Right to work in the relevant location

Role Requirements:

This role involves periods of standing, lifting, carrying, and reaching. You may also work in hot environments (near ovens) and cold environments (walk-in fridges) and occasionally outdoors (e.g. refuse disposal, deliveries).
