Please be advised that Domino's Pizza is a franchised business whereby individual franchisees own and operate local Domino's Pizza stores under the umbrella of the Domino's brand. Domino's Pizza Group plc, together with its group companies, (“Domino's Group”) is the master franchisor for Domino's Pizza in the UK & Ireland. However, most of the local stores are owned and/or operated by independent Domino's Pizza franchisees (each a “Franchisee”).

 

If you apply online for a position at a Domino's Pizza store, only hiring managers in the relevant Franchise group of the Domino's Pizza store to which you are applying will have access to the information you provide.

 

Under the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation, the information that you supply about yourself is known as personal data, and information about criminal convictions, ethnic origin and health is known as ‘special category personal data.'

 

The Franchisee will process (e.g. record and use) your personal data (including, where relevant, criminal record information) for its internal records and to assist in the employment selection process. Information used for equal opportunities monitoring or other special category personal data (other than criminal record information), will be held separately and will not be used in the selection process.

 

  You are advised that each Franchisee is independently responsible for its own legal and regulatory compliance and for the operation of its stores. All compliance issues relating to a specific Domino's Pizza store are therefore the responsibility of the Franchisee.

 

Your personal information will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which the information was collected, or as required by law.

 

By submitting your application online you acknowledge that you are giving your consent to the Franchisee processing your personal data, including, where relevant, special category data relating to your application.
