We are looking for a motivated and reliable Shift Manager to join our team.

Key responsibilities:
• Running shifts and leading the store team
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
• Managing labour and team performance
• Ensuring orders are prepared accurately and on time
• Supporting, training and motivating team members
• Maintaining Domino’s operational standards

What we’re looking for:
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable, organised and responsible
• Able to work well under pressure
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Previous Domino’s, fast-food or supervisory experience is preferred
