About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Assistant Manager to join our team at Domino’s Purley! You will support the Store Manager in running daily operations, driving shift excellence, and keeping our high standards of service, quality, and speed.

Because this role requires hitting the ground running, prior experience working in a Domino's franchise/store is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Shift Leadership: Run shifts smoothly, manage staff on duty, and maintain team motivation during busy peak rushes.

• Operations & Quality: Ensure product quality, fast service, and strict adherence to Domino's operational standards.

• Cost & Inventory Control: Assist with food stock control, wastage management, labor control, and cash handling.

• Customer Service: Lead by example on the makeline and front counter to deliver great customer experiences.

• Compliance & Safety: Maintain high food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards across the store.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Proven experience working in a Domino’s Pizza store (In-Store, Shift Manager, or Assistant Manager level).

• Strong knowledge of Domino’s operational systems (PULSE/Makeline/Oven operations).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and late nights.

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
